photography sessions
amateur photographers (point-and-shoot cameras & cellphones): snap away
professional photographers (those shooting with clients & for commercial purposes): it's simply $50 per session.
pay your fee upon arrival. cash or card works just fine.
all sessions must be scheduled & approved in advance to ensure we're ready to accommodate you.
ideal hours
we welcome all photographers to shoot during our "golden hours" : 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm. but hey, if those times don't work for you, let's chat and see what we can do!
looking to keep your background clean? we’re busiest friday-sunday, so plan your shoot for monday-thursday.
general guidelines
respect our space and other visitors. no photo-bombing, please!
leave our plants and displays where they are. they're the stars of the show.
keep pathways clear for fellow plant lovers. safety first!
sorry, no climbing trees, hopping fences, or getting in the ponds for your shots.
while you're here, please take care of yourself and your gear. we're not liable for any mishaps or lost equipment.

there is a $50 per session fee for all photographers shooting for commercial purposes.
taking a few pictures of your kid before cotillion? no fee—just let us know you’re coming.
doing a mini shoot for a client’s graduation photos? just a $50 session fee!

occasionally, yes. we’re primarily a retail nursery & garden center and have customers shopping the grounds daily. however, during certain times of the year, we do allow photography sessions outside of our normal hours. those sessions will be quoted individually. email us at marketing@wilsonnurseriesky.com to ask us what’s available.

it takes a ton of work to build this place up to look as good as it does…and even more work to maintain it every day. this fee simply goes toward the day-to-day upkeep.
we’re also a small business ourselves and are happy to partner with other professionals running their own small businesses. we’ve set the fee to be reasonable and accessible to all levels of photographers.

the $50 session fee covers your session with one client. we intend it to stay under 45 minutes (we can be flexible). if you’re looking to book several sessions in a row, let us know and we can work something out.
